Rivotel International Limited was incorporated in the year 2001 as a wholly owned Nigerian company, with core competencies in hotel ownership, lease and management, hotel business remediation, hospitality consulting services, hotel design and layout.
The company seeks to alter the Nigerian hospitality business landscape by synergizing international best practices and service standards, with Nigerian flavor. Hotel Ownership and Management

The company is managed by reputable, competent and experienced professionals drawn from cross functional backgrounds cutting across hotel operations management, banking and finance, accounting, human resources, law.
We are affiliated to the Golden Tulip International hotel brand/Golden Tulip West Africa. With its Head Office in Amersfoort, Netherlands, the Golden Tulip brand is reputed as the fastest growing global hotel group with enviable footprints in 38 countries across 5 continents.
Golden Tulip/ Golden Tulip West Africa, on the 29th of March, 2020 conferred on Rivotel International Limited the exclusivity of Golden Tulip operations in Rivers State.
We are sponsors of the Golden Tulip Port Harcourt Hotel. The company presently has a portfolio of three hotel properties in Port Harcourt with a combined capacity of 200 rooms. A fourth one is projected to come on stream by the third quarter of 2023.
Further developments are focused at other commercial cities in Nigeria, notably Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.

The existing hotel of the company are:

  1. Golden Tulip Port Harcourt Hotel located at No. 1C, Evo Crescent, GRA 1, Port Harcourt; a 4-star hotel property.
  2. Golden Tulip Garden City Hotel located at No. 63, Ken Saro Wiwa( Former Stadium)Road, Port Harcourt; a 4-star hotel property.
  3. Golden Tulip Hotel located at No. 35, Woke Street, Off Abacha Road, GRA Phase 3. Port Harcourt; a 3-star hotel property.
